Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Diluza (the “App”), provided by Bastien Botrel (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

The App helps you review and clean up your photo and video library: it categorizes media on your device, detects exact-duplicate files, and lets you delete items you select. Optionally, it can connect to your Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive to help you find and remove duplicates there.

warning3. Deletions are permanent, and your responsibility

This is important. When you confirm a deletion in the App:

• delete_foreverGoogle Drive and OneDrive files are deleted permanently and bypass the provider's trash or recycle bin. bin.

Deletions are irreversible. The App shows a review step and a confirmation before deleting, but you are solely responsible for the items you choose to delete. We strongly recommend keeping your own backups. We are not responsible for any loss of photos, videos, or files resulting from your use of the App.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms and the applicable Google Play terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App except as permitted by law.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• card_membershipThe App offers a free tier with a monthly allowance of deletions and optional paid subscriptions for additional features and allowance.
• storefrontSubscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
• autorenewAuto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Google Play account settings.
• price_changePricing, allowances, and promotional credits such as welcome or share bonuses may change; changes apply prospectively.
• receipt_longRefunds are handled by Google Play per its policies.

6. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services you choose to use, including Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that categorization or duplicate detection is error-free, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Duplicate detection identifies exact byte-identical files only and is not a guarantee.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photos, or files, arising from your use of the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and the hosted version linked from the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
